BackICAR sponsored short course on “Quality Evaluation and Value Addition to Sheep Produce with Special Reference to Wool and Mutton”

ICAR sponsored short course on “Quality Evaluation and Value Addition to Sheep Produce with Special Reference to Wool and Mutton” was organized at ICAR-CSWRI, Avikanagar from Sept. 16 – 25, 2019. Total fifteen participants from eight different states took part in the short course. The programme was inaugurated by Prof. K. D. Joshi, Bansthali Vidyapeeth. During this course, participants acquainted knowledge on various aspects of wool and mutton. The course content was compiled in the book form (ISBN: 978-93-5391-056-3). During the valedictory function of this course, Director of the institute, Dr Raghvendar Singh emphasized need of such kind of training for the refinement of skill of faculties of the country. On this occasion, former Director Dr. SMK Naqvi expressed his views and appreciated the efforts. The short course was directed by Dr D.B. Shakywar and was co-ordinated by Dr Vinod kadam and Dr Y.P. Gadekar.
