Sh. Devendra Kumar, Director (Finance), ICAR, New Delhi visited ICAR-CSWRI, Avikanagar on 27.04.2015. Sh. Devendra Kumar viewed all the ongoing and completed works at the Institute in addition to visit of all the sheep sectors and laboratories. He chaired a meeting of all the Head of Divisions and Incharges of different sections including administrative/financial personnel. In his address, he expressed his satisfaction on all the developmental activities. There were some doubts about the budget and its utilisation relating to the externally funded projects. Queries were also raised by the staff relating to pensionary   benefits, settlement of pension cases as well as medical facilities to the pensioners. All the queries/doubts were properly addressed by the Director (Finance). He further explained about the importance of recently developed programme of FMS/MIS in the ICAR and its all Institutes & instructed administrative/finance personnel to take care of it besides preparing assets register etc. on the system.  The Finance & Accounts Officer Sh. S.C.Sharma coordinated the visit.
